Boort Amity Auction

Sunday 28th November will see Boort's Amity Auction, which is held twice a year.  Held at Boort Park (the showgrounds/sports ovals) commencing at 12 noon, this auction draws a wide range of people looking for a bargain.

A wide variety of goods is usually available to buy, including furniture, bric a brac, tools, etc.  Goods can be auctioned on your behalf, with 10% commission being charged for the service, or goods can be donated for auction.  Please note that all items sold for $5 and under automatically become a donation. 

  • Drop auction items off from 8.00 am
  • Items left at own risk
  • 10% commission charged
  • All items sold for $5 and under become a donation
  • Yummy food available
  • Money raised from Auction comes back into our town
  • Auction will be held in the horse stalls in bad weather.

Amity is our local women's service club.  Formed in 1976, Amity women work for the Boort local community to raise money for projects such as the hospital, schools, kinder, and other worthwhile projects.

Amity meets every 2nd and 4th Tuesday evenings at 7pm for a meal and meeting, and new members are most welcome.
