Wedderburn golf notes
Hi to all our members and as of last week end 4/3/12 the fairways and most of the rough has been slashed and its now time for individual members to get involved in getting the course ready for our opening day in mid April so every Sunday till we open we need people to do working bees.
There are trees down on the 18th and the 7th plus debris on most holes to clean up, all you need to bring is a chainsaw a rake and a trailer and spend about 2hrs cleaning up and it will help the club enormously, we also need whippersnippers to clean up round the club house, some members have been working on the course since last November just to make sure we all have a good course to start on on our opening day.
Most Sundays will be 9 to 9.30 start but if you want to come down during the week and do your bit all good, come on down.
