On Sunday November 20th, the Friends of Kooyoora will be conducting a wheel cactus injecting day around the Kooyoora State Park. Meeting at the Melville Caves pinic ground, (bottom carpark), at 10.30am, we will travel to work sites in convoy. Spend a whole day, or a few hours working on ridding the park of this invasive cactus.
On Sunday December 18th, the friends of Kooyoora will hold our Christmas gathering at the Melville Caves picnic ground, (bottom carpark). Meeting at 10.30am, a free BBQ lunch will be provided with everyone to bring a salad and sweet to share. All and sundry are welcome to attend. It is a great opportunity to reconnect with Kooyoora and enjoy a picnic in a beautiful setting.
